Over 25 years of industry experience in
all aspects of construction project management –
budget, buyout, planning, execution, monitoring,
closing. Completed projects include resort homes, ski
villages, clinics, parking structures and hospital
projects in British Columbia, Colorado, and California
respectively.
Equally split the past 20 years of my career between the design and build industries. In the first half, as an architect, I expanded my expertise in architectural design, planning, research, BIM, and academia. On the builder side, I have focused on integrating preconstruction and construction management while leveraging cutting edge building technology modeling to enhance mega projects deliveries.
