Project Description: The $280 million project encompasses eight individual project components, including three new academic buildings, an expansion of the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum, a welcome center, a multi-use building with dining and offices, an underground parking garage and an expansive new park. All new buildings are designed to LEED Gold Certification standards.
