A 550-bed tertiary hospital with a total built-up area of 60,000 m², comprising 6 floors above ground and 1 basement. The project included full structural, architectural, MEP, and landscape works within an initial 36-month contract period (start: September 2016).
Key facilities include 80 emergency beds, 6 emergency operating rooms, and a burn ICU, serving as the main trauma center for western Tehran. Specialized wards cover cardiology, nephrology, pulmonology, neurology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, neurosurgery, maxillofacial surgery, physiotherapy, and nuclear medicine.
