    • Project Description:This $460 million project adds a new Inpatient bed tower, parking structure(s) and expands and/or backfills existing ancillary departments on the Roseville Medical Center. The scope of work includes five or six-story inpatient bed tower consisting of 155,000 sf of current entitlement, plus additional 200,000 sf, for a total of 355,000 sf of new construction. This includes 72 medical/surgical beds and 20 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) beds in current entitlement plus 48 additional medical/surgical beds and 10 ICU beds for total count of 150 beds. The tower podium includes a 24 treatment bay EmergencyDepartment expansion, six Operating Room Surgery Department expansion, Sterile Processing Department and Inpatient Pharmacy. The project also includes design-build parking structures with a 600-1,200 stall capacity.
