Fluid Motion, Jam Tower

    Project details

The Jaam tower, designed by Reza Daneshmir and Fluid Motion Architects, is a mixed-use high-rise in Tehran with an undulating and rippling form that is intended to visually "ripple" over the city.

    • Location: Tehran, Iran.
    • Type: Mixed-use skyscraper.
    • Architect: Reza Daneshmir of Fluid Motion Architects.
    • Design: A parametric design characterized by an undulating and rippling shape.
    • Function: Includes commercial and office spaces.
    • Concept: The design aims to create a dynamic visual effect, making the tower appear as if it is rippling over the city.

     Description

    • The Jaam tower stands out due to its unconventional, fluid-like shape. Instead of a rigid, static structure, it has a flowing, organic form that appears to undulate and twist as it rises.
